Where We Ship
Scent Drop ships within the continental United States only at this time.
Handling Time
Orders are processed and prepared for shipment within 2–3 business days. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing the following business day.
During new Scent Drop releases, handling times may extend slightly. Any known delays will be noted on the product page at time of purchase.
Shipping Method and Carrier
All orders ship via USPS Ground Advantage unless otherwise noted at checkout. Estimated transit time is typically 2–5 business days after fulfillment, depending on destination.
A note on fragrance and air mail: Alcohol-based fragrances are restricted from USPS air mail services under federal hazardous materials regulations. All Scent Drop fragrance orders ship ground only. We do not offer expedited air shipping, and we are unable to make exceptions to this policy.
Shipping Rates
Standard shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on weight and destination.
Tracking
A tracking number will be emailed to you once your order has shipped. Tracking updates may take up to 24 hours to appear in the USPS system after the label is generated.
Delivery Issues
Once a package is handed to USPS, it is in their custody. Scent Drop is not responsible for carrier delays, misdeliveries, or packages marked delivered but not received.
If your tracking shows a package as delivered but you haven't received it, we recommend checking with neighbors and your local post office before contacting us — most of these cases resolve within 48 hours.
